The full TimeClock implementation process takes approximately 13 weeks from the point the devices arrive at Cube Purple HQ.

This timeline includes:

  • Data gathering and validation

  • Device configuration

  • Desktop site surveys

  • Server and instance creation

  • Installation of the ClockedIn instance

  • User and device enrolment training

  • Integration setup with Optima

  • Administrator and manager training

This schedule may vary depending on customer responsiveness, site readiness, and the complexity of the deployment.

Comprehensive training is available to ensure effective use of the ClockedIn system:

  • Administrator Training: Covers enrollment, user management for AirStack and OnTime overviews as well .

  • User Training: Provided to administrators as a “train the trainer” arrangement. (Clocking In/Out is really simple!)

  • Training Materials: Access to manuals, video tutorials, and FAQs for ongoing reference.

Clockedin is built on enterprise technologies trusted by high profile banks and e-commerce sites around the world. Implementing the highest security standards for the web means your data will always be secure and safe from prying eyes. We will never share your information with third parties, we will back your information up regularly, and ensure it always remains yours.

OnTime registrations, First Name, Last Name and TimeClock Identifier are stored locally on the SmartHub device, however these templates are encrypted using algorithms into data strings. The application is locked down and can only be exited by a super admin authorised by your organisation.

The ClockedIn Software onboarding session outlines the following sections:

  • SmartHub & OnTime software (15 Minutes)
  • Q & A (5 Minutes)
  • AirStack & Integration with Optima (15 Minutes)
  • Q & A (5 Minutes)
  • eTimeClocks (5 Minutes)

When an employee has their ‘Leave Date’ set within Optima their employee Registration template & Historical Clock In/Out data is automatically removed from AirStack & OnTime after this date.

There is also functionality within the ‘Employee’ tab within AirStack to remove an employee manually.
